A small beta being prepared for Claude Code power users already running long-term work through Claude Code — and tired of maintaining project context by hand. Local-first by design, with a human in control of every change.

One serious project can span hundreds of sessions, documents and decisions. The founding beta is being built to reconstruct the current state of that work — decisions, evidence, what changed, what was ruled out, and what is still open — and to help keep it current as the work moves, so you and Claude Code build on the same reality instead of rebuilding it each session.
This is a small, invite-only founding beta being prepared with a limited number of Claude Code power users. It is not yet a generally available product.
Local-first, and human-approved by design.
The founding beta is being built as a local-first workflow designed to keep the guarantees that make a hand-written context file feel safe, and remove the chore. As a beta being prepared, these describe the intended design, not yet generally-available behaviour:
- Keep project files on the user's machine.
- Use only explicitly selected folders and Claude Code sessions.
- Use the user's own Anthropic API key.
- Expose the approved state to Claude Code through MCP.
- Require human approval before the maintained state changes.
- Preserve the history of accepted revisions.
Built for people already living in Claude Code.
The founding beta is aimed at power users running long-term, high-stakes work — research programs, complex builds, multi-month investigations — where the cost of losing the project's own history is real, and maintaining context by hand has stopped scaling.
